Anti-Ret (phospho-Y1062) Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com is raised against Ret phosphorylated at Tyrosine 1062. The reagent is unconjugated and validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), with reactivity confirmed against Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human Ret around the phosphorylation site of Tyrosine 1062. The antibody specifically detects endogenous levels of Ret protein only when phosphorylated at Tyr1062, and the target runs at approximately 124 kDa.

The product is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
