Description
From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against the REST protein and reacts with human samples. The immunogen used was recombinant full length human REST, and the reagent detects endogenous levels of REST. It is supplied unconjugated as an IgG antibody at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. According to the manufacturer, the REST target has a molecular weight of approximately 122 kDa.
The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with reported purity greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE. It has been validated for Western blotting (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunofluorescence (IF/ICC) applications.
