Anti-REST Antibody

A Rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting REST/NRSF, offered by Antibodies.com within their Primary Antibodies range. This unconjugated IgG reagent is validated for Western blot (WB) applications and is reactive with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The antibody was raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 25-130 of human REST/NRSF (NP_005603.3). It is affinity-purified, supplied as a liquid with a molecular weight of 150 kDa, and formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% Glycerol and 0.01% Thiomersal. Concentration is reported as lot specific. Recommended dilutions for WB are 1:100-1:500.

Storage instructions state the product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. The reagent is intended for research use only and is not for diagnostic or therapeutic use.
