Anti-Respiratory Syncytial Virus (RSV) Antibody

Sized for routine IVD workflows in diagnostic kit manufacturing, this Antibodies.com reagent is a Mouse monoclonal unconjugated IgG2b raised against purified native Respiratory Syncytial Virus (RSV) and validated for use in Lateral Flow assays. It is supplied at 1 mg per vial as a Protein A Purified Monoclonal Antibody preparation in 10 mM Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.4, with purity confirmed at greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE. The clone specifically recognizes the fusion (F) protein of RSV strains A and B while showing no cross-reactivity with Influenza A, Influenza B, or Adenoviruses, supporting clean read-out on RSV-positive samples. As an unconjugated IgG2b, it can be readily labelled with user-supplied reporter chemistries and is recommended to be stored at +4 °C in the supplied buffer. Packaged as a 1 mg bulk unit, this Antibody is well suited to incorporation into lateral-flow immunoassays and similar diagnostic platforms where consistent anti-RSV capture or detection is required.
