The antibody is raised against a synthetic peptide derived from the internal region of human Repo-Man and was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by epitope-specific affinity chromatography, ensuring selective recognition of endogenous Repo-Man protein. It is provided as a 50 µl aliquot at a concentration of 1 mg/mL, formulated in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide as a preservative.
