Anti-Repo-Man Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets Repo-Man (also known as CDCA2, cell division cycle-associated protein 2), a chromatin-associated regulatory subunit of protein phosphatase 1 that recruits PP1γ to mitotic chromosomes. The unconjugated reagent is supplied as 100 µl of polyclonal antiserum raised in rabbit and validated for use in western blot, immunohistochemistry, and ELISA applications on human samples. Repo-Man plays a documented role in the dephosphorylation of histone H3 at threonine 3 during mitosis, and is required for proper chromatin decondensation and nuclear envelope reformation at mitotic exit.
