Anti-REP-2 Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody to REP-2, available from Antibodies.com. The unconjugated antibody is raised in rabbit (IgG isotype) and is reactive with human samples, validated for WB, IHC and ELISA applications. The immunogen is a synthesized peptide derived from the internal region of human REP-2, and the antibody detects endogenous levels of REP-2 protein. Supplied at 1 mg/mL as a liquid in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide, the reagent has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen. It is shipped at 4°C; upon receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. The target is also referred to as Choroideremia-like protein, Rab escort protein 2, Rab proteins geranylgeranyltransferase component A 2, and REP2.
