Anti-REN Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody to Renin, supplied by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody for research use. The unconjugated IgG reagent is raised in rabbit and is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications. It reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The antibody is generated against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 24–160 of human Renin (NP_000528.1) and recognises a target with a molecular weight of 46 kDa. It is purified by affinity chromatography and supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% Glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300, at a lot-specific concentration. Recommended starting dilutions are WB: 1:500–1:1,000 and IHC: 1:100–1:200. One scientific validation image is provided.

For storage, the product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C upon delivery, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
