Anti-RELA (phospho T435) Antibody

This polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com is raised in rabbit and specifically recognizes the RELA transcription factor (also known as p65, the canonical DNA-binding subunit of NF-κB) when phosphorylated at threonine 435.

Supplied as 100 µl of unconjugated IgG antiserum, the reagent is validated for western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and immunofluorescence (IF) on human samples. Researchers use it to monitor site-specific NF-κB activation downstream of cytokine signaling, genotoxic stress, and innate immune receptor engagement, where phospho-T435 marks a regulatory input into the p65 transactivation domain.

For western blot, the antibody detects the characteristic ~65 kDa p65 band; on fixed cells, it produces nuclear staining consistent with activated NF-κB. Aliquot upon arrival and store at -20°C, avoiding repeated freeze-thaw cycles to preserve phospho-specific reactivity. Short-term refrigerated storage is acceptable for working aliquots.
