Phospho-specific polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com that recognizes RELA (also known as NF-κB p65) only when phosphorylated at serine 529. This reagent enables researchers to monitor activation-state signaling through the canonical NF-κB pathway in human samples by western blot, distinguishing the activated transcription factor from the inactive pool.

The antibody is raised in rabbit as an unconjugated IgG polyclonal preparation supplied in a 200 µl vial. It is validated for WB and reactive with human RELA. The unconjugated format leaves choice of secondary reagents and detection chemistries to the end user. For best results, store at -20°C, aliquot to limit freeze-thaw cycles, and protect from light to preserve phospho-epitope integrity.

Phosphorylation at S529 marks an activation-associated modification that is distinct from the more commonly studied S536 phospho-site, making this reagent a complementary tool for dissecting stimulus-specific NF-κB responses in cell lysates. Researchers working on inflammation, immune signaling, oncogenic transcription programs, and stress-response pathways use phospho-S529 recognition to track p65 activation dynamics for research use only.
