Anti-RELA (phospho S468) Antibody

Antibodies.com offers a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against NF-kB p65 (also known as RELA) phosphorylated at serine 468. The unconjugated IgG reagent is supplied as a liquid and has been validated for Western blot applications, reacting with both human and mouse samples.

The antibody is generated against a synthetic phosphorylated peptide spanning S468 of the human Phospho-NF-kB p65/RelA-S468 sequence (NP_001138610.1), corresponding to the immunogen sequence VDNSE, and is purified by affinity chromatography. It is formulated in phosphate buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal, with a lot-specific concentration, and recognises the target at a reported molecular weight of 60 kDa. The product targets the phospho Ser468 modification of the protein.

For Western blotting, a recommended working dilution range of 1:500–1:2,000 is advised. The antibody is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C upon arrival, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles. Each batch is supported by one scientific validation image.
