Anti-RELA Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody from Antibodies.com, supplied unconjugated, targets RELA (NF-kB p65) and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The product is validated for Western Blotting (WB), Immunohistochemistry (IHC) and Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), with Immunoprecipitation (IP) also listed among supported applications. The target protein has a molecular weight of 65 kDa. Recommended dilutions are WB 1:500–1:2,000, IHC 1:50–1:200 and ICC/IF 1:50–1:200.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 50–180 of human NF-kB p65/RelA (NP_068810.3). The antibody is purified by affinity chromatography and supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3), containing 50% Glycerol and 0.02% Sodium Azide; the concentration is lot specific. The product is shipped at 4°C and, upon delivery, should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
