Anti-REL (phospho S503) Antibody

Target the phosphorylated form of the c-Rel transcription factor with this rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody from Antibodies.com, raised against a phospho-serine 503-containing peptide immunogen. c-Rel (encoded by REL) is a member of the NF-κB/Rel family that regulates lymphocyte proliferation and immune signaling, and phosphorylation at S503 has been linked to NF-κB pathway activity downstream of IKK-mediated signaling events. The reagent is supplied unconjugated in a 50 µl volume, allowing flexible pairing with fluorophore- or enzyme-conjugated secondary antibodies for immunofluorescence on human-derived cells and tissue sections.
