The REL transcription factor, also known as c-Rel, is a member of the NF-kB family that regulates B- and T-cell activation, cytokine expression, and lymphocyte survival. This unconjugated rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com provides specific detection of endogenous human REL protein in cell lysates and tissue sections, supporting research into inflammation, immune signaling, and lymphoid malignancies. Validated applications include Western blot for protein expression analysis and immunohistochemistry on human tissue, enabling both biochemical and anatomical studies of NF-kB pathway activity. The reagent is supplied as 100 µl of polyclonal antiserum in a vial and should be stored refrigerated for routine use or kept frozen for long-term stability.
