Anti-Rel (Ab-503) Antibody

A primary antibody from Antibodies.com, this unconjugated rabbit polyclonal reagent is raised against the Rel protein. It is validated for use in immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) on human samples and detects endogenous levels of total Rel protein.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to the sequence around amino acids 501–505 (T-S-S-D-S) of human Rel. Antibodies were produced by immunizing rabbits with the synthetic peptide coupled to KLH and purified by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific peptide. The reagent is supplied at 1.0 mg/mL in phosphate-buffered saline, pH 7.4, containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol.
