Anti-REG4 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody targets REG4 and is supplied as an unconjugated reagent validated for Western blotting (WB). It is produced in rabbit and is reactive with Human, Mouse and Rat samples, with the isotype reported as IgG.

Specificity is directed against endogenous REG4 protein. The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues in Human REG4, and the observed molecular weight of the target is approximately 18 kDa. The antibody has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen, achieving a purity greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE.

The product is formulated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 15 mM sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.
