Anti-REG3A Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified polyclonal reagent is raised in rabbit against a recombinant human REG3A immunogen and is intended for the detection of endogenous REG3A protein. The antibody is supplied as an unconjugated IgG preparation at a concentration of 1.0 mg/mL in a 50 µL volume, formulated in phosphate-buffered saline at pH 7.4 (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺) containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. It is validated for Western blotting applications, reacts with human, mouse and rat samples, and is shipped at 4°C; upon receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. Purification is performed by affinity chromatography using the immunogen, ensuring selective enrichment of antigen-specific immunoglobulins for consistent performance in immunoblotting workflows targeting the regenerating islet-derived 3 alpha protein.
