Anti-RECS1 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified polyclonal antibody is raised in rabbit against a synthetic peptide derived from the C-terminal region of human RECS1 (also known as TMBIM1, LFG3, Protein lifeguard 3, or Transmembrane BAX inhibitor motif-containing protein 1). The reagent is supplied as a 50 µL liquid formulation in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide, at a working concentration of 1 mg/mL, and is unconjugated with an IgG isotype. It has been validated for use in Western blotting (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and ELISA, and shows reactivity with human, mouse and rat samples. The product detects endogenous levels of RECS1 protein and is shipped at 4°C; upon receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve activity.
