Description
This primary antibody from Antibodies.com is a rabbit polyclonal reagent directed against RecA. It is unconjugated and presented in liquid form.
The antibody is raised in rabbit and is of the IgG isotype. It recognises Escherichia coli and was generated using recombinant full length E. coli RecA protein as the immunogen. The protein target is RecA.
Validated applications include WB, ICC/IF, ELISA and IP, with recommended dilutions of 1:3,000 for WB and 1:600 for IP. The product is supplied in Phosphate Buffered Saline containing 50% glycerol and has been affinity purified. It is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C upon delivery, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. The concentration is 1 mg/ml.
