Anti-RBX1 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody targets RBX1 (RING-box protein 1), a core component of SCF and CBC/VHL E3 ubiquitin ligase complexes involved in ubiquitination, neddylation of cullins, and cell cycle regulation. The reagent is supplied at a concentration of 1.0 mg/ml in a 50 µl volume as an unconjugated liquid formulation composed of Rabbit IgG in pH 7.4 PBS with 0.05% sodium azide and 40% glycerol, prepared by antigen affinity purification. Validated applications are Western Blot (WB) and Immunofluorescence (IF), and the antibody has been shown to detect endogenous levels of total RBX1 protein in samples from human, mouse, and rat origin.
