Produced in rabbit as a polyclonal reagent, this unconjugated primary antibody from Antibodies.com targets Ring-Box 1 (RBX1), a RING finger adaptor that scaffolds the Cullin-RING E3 ubiquitin ligase complex central to ubiquitin-dependent proteolysis, neddylation, and cell cycle regulation.

Validated for western blot, immunohistochemistry, and immunofluorescence applications, the antibody recognizes endogenous RBX1 in human, mouse, and rat samples. It supports investigations of proteasome-mediated substrate turnover, CRL complex assembly, and the regulatory roles of ROC1/SAG in tumor biology, oxidative stress response, and DNA damage checkpoint pathways.

Provided at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol as a cryoprotectant, the reagent is packaged as a 100 µl vial. For optimal shelf life, keep aliquots stored at -20°C and limit freeze-thaw cycles to preserve binding activity across repeated western blot, immunofluorescence, and immunostaining experiments. The unconjugated IgG format allows flexible downstream conjugation to fluorophores, biotin, or horseradish peroxidase for tailored detection chemistries in single-use or multiplex assays.
