RBX1 (Ring-Box 1) is a RING finger component of Cullin-RING E3 ubiquitin ligase complexes, where it scaffolds the E2 ubiquitin-conjugating enzyme to the cullin substrate adaptor module. This polyclonal IgG reagent from Antibodies.com was raised in rabbit and is supplied as an unconjugated 200 µL liquid aliquot for use in Western blot and immunofluorescence workflows.

The antibody detects endogenous RBX1 in human and mouse samples. Validated readouts include a band near the expected molecular weight of RBX1 (~14-17 kDa, depending on isoform) in Western blot, and characteristic cytoplasmic and nuclear distribution in immunofluorescence staining of cultured mammalian cells. RBX1 expression is critical for SCF (Skp1-Cul1-F-box) and other cullin-based ligase activity, so this reagent supports studies of ubiquitin-proteasome-dependent turnover, cell cycle progression, and stress signaling.

Reactivity is confirmed for human and mouse. Researchers working on neddylation, cullin regulation, or cancer biology pathways will find this reagent useful. Aliquot upon first use to limit freeze-thaw cycles and store refrigerated for short-term handling.
