RBX1 (also called ROC1 or RNF75) is a 12 kDa RING-finger subunit that forms the catalytic core of Cullin-RING E3 ubiquitin ligase complexes, where it recruits the E2 conjugating enzyme CDC34 and drives neddylation of CUL1, CUL2, CUL3, and CUL4 scaffolds. This rabbit polyclonal IgG reagent from Antibodies.com was raised against a recombinant human RBX1 immunogen and affinity-purified to yield an unconjugated antibody that detects endogenous total RBX1 in human and mouse samples. Validation supports Western blot and immunofluorescence workflows, enabling studies of SCF complex assembly, cullin neddylation dynamics, and proteasomal turnover of cell-cycle regulators such as p27, cyclin E, and c-Jun. The 100 µl vial is supplied ready to dilute into standard immunoblotting and immunostaining buffers. Store at -20°C and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles to preserve reagent activity. For research use only.
