Anti-RBX1 Antibody

A RING finger domain protein and catalytic core of Cullin-RING E3 ubiquitin ligase complexes, RING box protein 1 (RBX1) channels ubiquitin from E2 conjugating enzymes onto substrate proteins, tagging them for proteasomal degradation. RBX1-driven ubiquitination pathways are studied in research on cell cycle progression, V(D)J recombination, hypoxic response signaling through VHL-mediated HIF-alpha turnover, and DNA damage repair.
