RBX1 (RING-box protein 1), also known as ROC1 or SAG, is a RING finger component of Cullin-RING E3 ubiquitin ligases and is essential for SCF-complex-mediated protein ubiquitination and proteasomal degradation. This polyclonal antibody, raised in rabbit, detects the endogenous human RBX1 protein across western blot, immunohistochemistry, and immunofluorescence workflows. Supplied as 100 µl of unconjugated IgG, it is validated for detection in human samples and is intended for research use only investigating ubiquitin-proteasome pathway activity, cell cycle regulation, and DNA damage responses. The Antibodies.com product supports studies of Cullin1-dependent substrate turnover and broader neddylation biology in cancer and signaling research.
