Anti-RBPJ Antibody

Produced by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody, this reagent is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against RBPJ (also referred to as RBPJK). It is supplied as an unconjugated IgG in liquid form at a lot-specific concentration, with a stated molecular weight of 61 kDa. The antibody has been validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications and reacts with human, mouse and rat samples.

The product is purified by affinity purification and formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. It is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C upon delivery, with freeze/thaw cycles to be avoided. Recommended working dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for WB and 1:50–1:200 for IHC.

The immunogen used to generate the antibody is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–260 of human RBPJK (NP_976028.1).
