Anti-RBP4 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this primary antibody is a rabbit polyclonal reagent raised against RBP4. It is of the IgG isotype and supplied unconjugated. The antibody is validated for Western blot (WB) and reacts with human and mouse samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 19–201 of human RBP4 (NP_006735.2). The target has a reported molecular weight of 23 kDa. The antibody is produced by affinity purification and is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide.

According to the manufacturer, the product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C upon delivery, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. For Western blot, a recommended dilution range of 1:500–1:2,000 is indicated.
