Anti-RBP3 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this polyclonal reagent is a rabbit-derived IgG raised against a recombinant human RBP3 immunogen and affinity-purified to deliver specific detection of endogenous interphotoreceptor retinoid-binding protein (also known as IRBP or retinol-binding protein 3). The antibody is supplied at a concentration of 1.0 mg/mL in a 50 µL volume, formulated in phosphate-buffered saline at pH 7.4 containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol as a cryoprotectant, and is unconjugated, allowing flexible downstream labeling. Recommended applications include Western blotting and immunohistochemistry, and the reagent has been validated on human, mouse, and rat samples. Vials are shipped at 4 °C and should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C upon arrival, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve activity.
