Anti-RBP2 Antibody

RBP2 (Retinol Binding Protein 2), also called cellular retinol-binding protein II, is a small cytosolic carrier that binds retinol and retinaldehyde, supporting intestinal uptake, intracellular shuttling, and metabolism of vitamin A and related retinoids. Expression is highest in small intestinal enterocytes, with additional signals in liver, kidney, and select epithelial lineages where retinoid homeostasis influences differentiation and barrier function.
