Anti-RBP2 Antibody

A Rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody targeting RBP2, unconjugated and supplied by Antibodies.com as a liquid formulation. It is validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunofluorescence (IF) applications, and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1–134 of human RBP2 (NP_004155.2). The antibody has been affinity-purified and is supplied in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) with 50% glycerol and 0.02% Sodium Azide. The RBP2 target has a molecular weight of 15–17 kDa.

Recommended dilutions are WB: 1:500–1:2,000 and ICC/IF: 1:50–1:100. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles. The antibody is supported by 2 scientific validation images.
