Anti-RBMY1A1 Antibody

Sourced from Antibodies.com, this Rabbit polyclonal antibody targets RBMY1A1, an RNA-binding motif protein encoded on the Y chromosome and implicated in spermatogenesis. The reagent is supplied as 100 µl of an unconjugated, affinity-purified polyclonal antiserum raised in Rabbit and validated for Western Blotting (WB) and Immunohistochemistry (IHC) on human samples. The immunogen corresponds to a recombinant protein fragment spanning amino acids 253–474 of RBMY1A1, and the antibody is purified by antigen-affinity chromatography. The product is formulated in 0.1 M Tris-buffered saline (pH 7.0) containing 10% glycerol, with 0.01% thimerosal added as a preservative; it is shipped at 4 °C and should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve activity. Suitable Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L secondaries (AP, Biotin, FITC and HRP conjugates) are recommended for detection.
