Anti-RBM5 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody directed against RBM5, offered by Antibodies.com within its primary antibody range. The unconjugated IgG reagent is validated for Western blot (WB) use and shows reactivity with human, mouse, and rat samples.

It was raised against a recombinant fusion protein encompassing amino acids 1-130 of human RBM5 (NP_005769.1) and purified by affinity chromatography. The antibody is provided as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% Thiomersal, with a reported molecular weight of 120 kDa. The manufacturer recommends a WB dilution range of 1:500 to 1:2,000, with concentration reported as lot specific. The product is shipped at 4°C; on receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles. It is supported by at least one scientific validation image.
