Anti-RBM3 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody to RBM3 is an unconjugated primary antibody validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF). It reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples and is supported by four scientific validation images.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1–157 of human RBM3 (NP_006734.1). The antibody is of the IgG isotype and is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. The target has a reported molecular weight of 17 kDa, and the antibody is purified by affinity chromatography. Concentration is lot specific.

Recommended starting dilutions are WB: 1:200–1:2,000, IHC: 1:50–1:200, and ICC/IF: 1:50–1:200. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
