Anti-RBM28 Antibody

Raised in rabbit against the RNA-binding motif protein RBM28, this polyclonal IgG reagent from Antibodies.com is supplied as an unconjugated 100 µl liquid aliquot intended for western blot detection of the human target. RBM28 is a nuclear RNA-binding protein that participates in mRNA 3′-end processing and polyadenylation; altered expression has been reported in diffuse large B-cell lymphoma cell models, and rare sequence variants in the encoding gene have been associated with neurodevelopmental phenotypes in human genetics studies. The antibody is supplied unconjugated and binds an epitope on the endogenous protein under standard reducing SDS-PAGE conditions. Each vial contains 100 µl of affinity-purified antiserum in a glycerol-based storage buffer and should be stored frozen at -20 degrees C in working aliquots to limit freeze-thaw cycles.
