Anti-RBM22 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this primary antibody is a rabbit polyclonal reagent raised against RBM22. The target is detected in samples of human, mouse and rat origin, and the reagent is supplied unconjugated.

It is raised in rabbit as a polyclonal IgG antibody and purified by affinity chromatography. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–230 of human RBM22 (NP_060517.1). The target protein has a reported molecular weight of 50 kDa. The product is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% Thiomersal.

The antibody is validated for Western blot application and is recommended for use at a dilution of 1:500–1:1,000. It is shipped at 4°C; on receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. Concentration is reported as lot specific, and the product is intended for research use only.
