Anti-RBM17 Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting RBM17 (also referred to as SPF45), supplied by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody for research use only. The unconjugated IgG antibody is raised in rabbit and purified by affinity chromatography. It is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications and reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–240 of human RBM17 (NP_116294.1). The antibody is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, with a reported molecular weight of 50 kDa. Recommended dilutions are WB: 1:200–1:2,000 and IHC: 1:50–1:200. The product is shipped at 4 °C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at −20 °C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.

Validation images referenced in the product literature include a Western blot of multiple cell line extracts performed at 1:1,000 dilution (25 µg lysate per lane, Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L HRP secondary at 1:10,000, ECL detection, 30 s exposure), and immunohistochemistry images of paraffin-embedded rat lung, human endometrium cancer, and mouse spleen tissue, each at 1:100 dilution (40× lens).
