Anti-RBM14 Antibody

The reagent is provided as a liquid and is affinity purified, with an IgG isotype in an unconjugated format, and concentration is lot specific. The target protein has a molecular weight of 75 kDa. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 110-220 of human RBM14 (NP_006319.1). Recommended dilutions are WB: 1:500-1:1,000 and ICC/IF: 1:100-1:500. The formulation is Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, with 50% glycerol and 0.01% Thiomersal. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
