Anti-RBFOX1 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this Rabbit polyclonal antibody targets RBFOX1, also referred to as A2BP1 or Fox1. The unconjugated IgG reagent is validated for Western blot and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The antibody was raised against a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1–130 of human RBFOX1 (NP_665900.1) and was purified by affinity chromatography. It is supplied as a liquid formulation in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300, and the target protein has an expected molecular weight of 45–50 kDa.

Recommended dilutions are 1:500–1:1,000 for Western blot and 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles. Three scientific images are available.
