Anti-RBBP8 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this primary antibody is a rabbit polyclonal reagent targeting RBBP8, also referred to as CtIP. It is supplied as an unconjugated IgG in liquid form and has been validated for Western blot applications, with reactivity confirmed against human, mouse and rat samples.

The antibody was raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 648–897 of human RBBP8 (NP_002885.1) and is affinity purified. It is formulated in phosphate buffered saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal, and recognizes a target reported at a molecular weight of 110 kDa. The recommended Western blot dilution range is 1:500–1:1,000, and one scientific validation image is available. The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
