Produced in rabbit and affinity-purified, this unconjugated polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com recognizes retinoblastoma-binding protein 4 (RBBP4, also called RBAP48), a WD40-repeat subunit shared by several chromatin-modifying and histone-chaperone complexes, including NuRD, PRC2, and CAF-1. Because RBBP4 contributes to histone binding, nucleosome remodeling, and recruitment of chromatin-associated factors, the reagent supports studies of transcriptional repression, cell-cycle progression, and DNA-damage response pathways.

Validated applications include Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), immunofluorescence (IF), immunoprecipitation (IP), and chromatin immunoprecipitation (ChIP), enabling protein-level detection in cell and tissue lysates and genome-wide mapping of RBBP4-associated loci.
