Anti-RB1 (phospho S780) Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against RB1 phosphorylated at Ser780. It is supplied as an unconjugated IgG preparation and is validated for Western blotting (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications, reacting with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. The immunogen is a synthetic phosphorylated peptide corresponding to the region around S780 of human RB (NP_000312.2).

Recommended working dilutions, as reported by the manufacturer, are 1:500–1:2,000 for WB and 1:50–1:200 for IHC. The target protein has a reported molecular weight of 100 kDa. The antibody is affinity purified and is supplied in liquid form in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal; concentration is reported as lot specific.

For storage, the product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, and repeated freeze/thaw cycles should be avoided.
