Anti-RB1 (phospho S608) Antibody

Produced by Antibodies.com, this polyclonal antibody is raised in rabbit and specifically recognises the retinoblastoma (Rb) protein phosphorylated at serine 608. It is of the IgG isotype and supplied unconjugated, reacting with human samples and validated for Western blot (WB) applications.

The target has a molecular weight of 110 kDa. The immunogen is a synthetic phosphorylated peptide centred on S608 of human Rb (NP_000312.2), with the surrounding peptide sequence YLSPV. The reagent is provided as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been affinity purified.

For Western blotting, a working dilution range of 1:500–1:2,000 is recommended. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
