Anti-RB1 Antibody

This primary antibody is a rabbit polyclonal reagent that recognises RB1 (retinoblastoma protein). Supplied by Antibodies.com, it is unconjugated and provided at 1.0 mg/mL in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.4) containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, following affinity purification against the immunogen. The immunogen used was a synthetic peptide derived from human RB1, and the reagent is reported to detect endogenous levels of total RB1.

Validated applications include Western blotting (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), with one scientific validation image available. The host species is rabbit.
