Anti-RB1 Antibody

Raised in rabbit and affinity-purified for selective recognition of the retinoblastoma tumor suppressor protein, this polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com is supplied as an unconjugated IgG preparation in a 50 µl liquid volume. The antibody is validated for Western blot detection of endogenous mouse RB1 in whole-cell lysates and tissue homogenates, enabling visualization of full-length pRB (~110 kDa) and its phosphorylated isoforms.

Because pRB activity is governed by cell-cycle-dependent phosphorylation, this antibody supports studies of G1-to-S phase progression, proliferation status in tumor-derived cell lines, and RB1 pathway involvement in knockdown or knockout models.
