Anti-Rb (phospho S811) Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against Rb phosphorylated at serine 811, supplied by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated IgG reagent validated for Western blot. The antibody is reactive with human samples and is provided in liquid form formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. It has been affinity purified and the target protein runs at a molecular weight of 106 kDa. Recommended starting dilution for Western blot is 1:1,000–1:2,000. The immunogen is a synthetic phosphorylated peptide centred on S811 of human RB. The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
