From Antibodies.com, this is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against Rb protein phosphorylated at Serine 807. It is unconjugated and supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.

The antibody was generated using a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human Rb around the phosphorylation site of Serine 807. It specifically detects endogenous levels of Rb protein only when phosphorylated at Ser807, with an observed molecular weight of ~106 kDa. The reagent was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum using epitope-specific immunogen, with a purity of > 95% as assessed by SDS-PAGE.

Validated for use in Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), the antibody reacts with human, mouse and rat samples.
