From Antibodies.com, this Rabbit polyclonal antibody recognises the Rb protein when phosphorylated at Serine 795. It is supplied unconjugated and is validated for use in Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications. The reagent is of polyclonal clonality and is raised in Rabbit.

The antibody reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. It was generated against a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human Rb around the phosphorylation site of Serine 795, and specifically detects endogenous levels of Rb protein only when phosphorylated at Ser795.

The product is formulated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. The target has a reported molecular weight of ~106 kDa. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen, with a stated purity of >95% (by SDS-PAGE).
