Anti-Rb (phospho-S780) Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against the retinoblastoma (Rb) protein phosphorylated at Serine 780. The immunogen is a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human Rb around the phosphorylation site of Serine 780, and the reagent was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen to a purity of > 95% by SDS-PAGE.

Supplied unconjugated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 15 mM sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2, the antibody is validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) and reacts with human, mouse and rat samples. It specifically detects endogenous levels of Rb only when phosphorylated at Ser780, with the target protein migrating at approximately 106 kDa, and the product entry is supported by 2 scientific images.
