Anti-Rb Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified polyclonal reagent is raised in rabbit and recognises endogenous levels of the retinoblastoma-associated protein (Rb). The immunogen is a synthesised peptide derived from human Rb around the non-phosphorylation site of S807, and the antibody is supplied as an unconjugated liquid in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide at a concentration of 1 mg/ml. Each pack contains 50 µl, and the product is shipped from Cambridge (UK) with a typical lead time of 4–6 business days. Validated applications include Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry and ELISA, and the antibody has been confirmed to react with Human, Mouse and Rat samples, making it suitable for cross-species studies of RB1 (also referred to as p105-Rb, p110-RB1, pp110 or pRb).
