Anti-RASSF1 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this polyclonal primary antibody is raised in rabbit and targets RASSF1 (Ras association domain-containing protein 1, also known as RDA32). The reagent is supplied as an unconjugated, antigen-affinity-purified preparation at a 100 µl pack size, formulated in 0.1 M Tris-buffered saline (pH 7.0) containing 10% glycerol and 0.01% thimerosal as a preservative. It was generated against a recombinant protein fragment corresponding to amino acids 50–334 of human RASSF1 and is validated for Western blotting (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) on human samples. The antibody is shipped at 4 °C and should be aliquoted upon delivery and stored at –20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve activity.
